Her popularity soared to new levels of popularity after she played a pivotal character in Friends, a popular sitcom. In recognition of her performance, she received many nominations and awards. It ran for 10 years ago. Her most recent work includes her acting part as a character in Mothers and Daughters, a drama film. Her awards includes her the TV Guide Award, which she won for her work in Friends. Another honor was that of the Golden Derby Award that she received for her part in Cougar Town.
